Hi, I'm Rebecca Goldstein
MSW RSW MTA
Founder & Therapist at TuneInTherapy
REAL TALK. REAL CHANGE.
Therapy with presence, creativity, and authenticity.

A Therapist Who Gets It
I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood while trying to hold everything together.
Before I became a therapist, I served as a musician with the Canadian Armed Forces, performed internationally, and later built multiple creative businesses.
Those experiences taught me what pressure, performance, and perseverance can cost — and how creativity, humour, and connection can heal.
As a Registered Social Worker (MSW RSW) and Accredited Music Therapist (MTA), I integrate psychology, neuroscience, and the arts to support clients who need more than traditional talk therapy.

My Therapeutic Perspective
Therapy with me:
I’m late-identified ADHD and Autistic (AuDHD), and that lived experience deeply shapes my work.
I understand the mental gymnastics of masking, the fatigue of chronic hyper-vigilance, and the relief of finally being understood.
-
Neurodivergent-affirming & trauma-informed
-
Creative & evidence-based, blending science with art
-
Relational & collaborative — we decide together what works
-
Realistic & adaptive, because life is messy and healing is non-linear

Why did I start TuneIn Therapy?
After years in clinical and arts settings, I wanted to create a space that felt different —
a place where you could show up unmasked, unfiltered, and un-judged.
A place where therapy feels human, not clinical.
Where music, creativity, and science work together to help you find grounding and growth.
