My Approach

​Therapy is grounded, relational, and realistic—combining structure with creativity and compassion.

I draw from:

  • ACT & DBT-informed skills for values-based action and emotion regulation
     

  • Somatic & Polyvagal-informed approaches for nervous-system safety and panic management
     

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems) to work with protective and vulnerable parts with curiosity and care
     

  • EMDR-informed processing to help retrain the brain’s response to distress and trauma memories
     

  • CFT (Compassion-Focused Therapy) for self-kindness and shame reduction
     

  • Creative & Music Therapy using guided imagery, songwriting, or lyric reflection when words are hard
     

You’ll learn practical tools for focus, communication, and regulation while reconnecting with creativity and meaning.
