Cancellation Policy
Package Terms & Conditions Package Expiration & Booking

-Prepaid therapy packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.
-Clients are responsible for booking their sessions in advance using the online booking system.
-Package sessions do not roll over past the expiration date unless a prior agreement is made.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
-A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule a session.
-Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee
-Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be deducted from the package.
-No-shows count as a used session and will not be refunded. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Packages
-No Refunds, But Credit is Available
-Package purchases are non-refundable after 14 days from the purchase date.
-If a client cannot complete their package, the remaining balance may be converted into credit for future sessions (valid for 12 months). Partial Refunds (If Requested Within 14 Days)
-If a package is canceled within 14 days of purchase and no sessions have been used, a full refund will be issued minus a $50 processing fee.
If sessions have been used, the refund will deduct:
-The full standard rate ($180 for 50-min sessions, $225 for 90-110 min sessions) for completed sessions.
-A $50 administrative processing fee. No refunds will be issued after 14 days from purchase. Transfer of Unused Sessions
-Unused sessions may be transferred to another person with prior approval.
-Clients must notify TuneIn Therapy in writing for session transfers. Additional Terms
-Package discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
-If the therapist cancels a session, the client will be offered a reschedule or package extension at no cost.
-Package sessions cannot be used for emergency services or crisis support.
By purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.
